Our Evaluation Process

We evaluate providers using criteria more rigorous than that used by most dental insurance companies.

At the time we contract with dental providers, they must meet the following criteria:

  • Licensed by the State.
  • No record of disciplinary action with the licensing bureau.
  • Graduate of an accredited dental school.
  • No registered complaints or a satisfactory rating with the Better Business Bureau.
Dentists participate in the Dental Savings Program for a number of reasons.
  • Opportunity to form long-term patient relationships.
  • Increased flow of patients to fill schedule.
  • Payment in full at time of visit eliminates the cost of billing and collecting payment later.

Even with stringent criteria for providers, it is not possible to guarantee any aspect of an individual patient's experience with any health care provider, be they a hospital, surgeon, medical specialist or dentist. As with any healthcare decision, gather information from a variety of trusted sources to help you choose a provider that's right for you. And make sure you understand the liability waiver for the Dental Savings Program.
